This returns policy applies to purchases of Alarmira products through the Alarmira webshop.
2. Withdrawal period
You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days after receiving your order.
3. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, we require that the product:
- is in good condition;
- is complete (including any accessories);
- is returned in the original packaging as much as possible.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products or services that are not returnable by law, such as tailor-made products or fully performed services with prior consent.
5. Return request
Do you want to register a return? Please contact us at info@alarmira.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the practical return instructions.
6. Return costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the costs for returning a product are borne by the customer.
7. Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the amount due via the same payment method as the original payment, no later than within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification.
